Looking for a positive, can do inside sales coordinator for a great team with potential to grow with our company! This position is responsible for reviewing customer requests for quotation and preparing accurate technical and commercial proposals. The candidate will support the overall sales organization by providing additional direct customer contact and support concerning SENS products, technical inquiries, or questions. Provide order project management support, industrial order logistics coordination and back-up support for purchase and resale of PO.s.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Comparing SENS quotations to customer orders ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive correct products.
• Responsible for customer PO approval process and review including order write ups ensuring accurate order entry.
• Coordinate questions and clarifications with SENS outside representative, SENS sales personnel, customers, manufacturing reps, and vendors of buy/resell equipment.
• Present product features and benefits to customers as required.
• Support SENS manufacturer’s representatives and customers to include sales strategy, pricing, order status, and other daily support needs.
• Understand SENS buy/resell products, support or back up for management and backup approval of vendor/list activity.
• Coordinate order changes and industrial order logistics (including freight clarifications) between the customer, order management, vendor, buy/resell specialists, and other parties including ship to address, markings, instructions that SENS can’t support and related details.
• Prepare and send quotations for non-spec RFQs.
• Update expired quotes, check in with vendors for pricing updates or changes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
1. Effective interpersonal skills required.

2. Effective oral and written communication skills required.

3. High School Diploma, (associate degree preferred)

4. History of being a self-starter able to work on their own with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
